Regrettably, Forever- Roses is unable to accept returns or offer refunds, since all designs are individually and personally made.
My order has been delivered damaged. What now?
Due to nature, our luxury roses are just as fragile as their fresh counterparts. DO NOT TAKE OFF THE GLASS DOME it will have a security tag attached and if broken it will waiver your rights for a refund or replacement rose, Minor cracks on rose petals are inevitable. It’s possible to have rose petals fall off if they aren’t handled with care. However, it rarely happens in transit so please do buy from us with complete confidence.
Each Rose under goes tests to ensure that the product is secure and will arrive in perfect condition, we photograph each one before it is packed.
In the event your order has been damaged during its journey, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue within 24 hours. We kindly request that you send photograph(s) of the damage to your order; along with your order details (order confirmation number, date of order and your full name and address and contact details).
Please refer to our care instructions for further information, and please be advised that Forever-roses are not liable for the rose and or glass through mis-handling or accidental damage.
If we find that the gifts have not been cared for as per instructions on our care page then Forever- Roses will not offer a refund or offer an exchange of product.If we decide to offer you a refund or replacement then you will have to return the item to us recorded delivery in the same packaging at your own cost, please note this must be using a track and trace service. once received we will issue a full refund including the original delivery cost that we have paid.
You will receive full care instructions included with your rose gift box. We offer a bespoke service each item is individual to you, we do not accept threats or leaving negetive feedback, it is better to speak with us first if you have a problem.
Orders are dispatched next day delivery using DPD provided we receive your order by 9am.
Any orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, Weekends, postal & Public Holidays will be shipped on a Tuesday.
If you provide us with your mobile phone number you will be updated with the time of delivery from DPD.
International customers outside of the United Kingdom will be responsible for all import duties, please contact your customs office for more details.
We do our best to deliver your gift to you by the date required, but sometimes this can take 4-6 weeks.
We do not offer next day delivery for International shipping.

For all of our international customers, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the shipping journey of your package.
